My name is Anne, I’m 23 years old and I am from Den Bosch. I just started to study International Leisure Management at the NHTV. I do not have a lot of experience yet, but I hope to learn a lot with this study. I learn fast and I hope that will help me with the projects.

 

I like to bring the right people together and create something with each other. But I do not like it when people are too impulsive. I’m more of a thinker. I like to think things through before I share my ideas with the group. I like to work in groups where there is room for that. Also I work best with energetic people who are actively involved in the projects. But there should also be someone who gives everything structure because I can be really chaotic and lose track of deadlines and assignments that need to be done. Besides that I think the most important thing in a group is respecting each other and being honest with each other.

 

My input in the team:

I’m creative and enthusiastic and I hope I can show that better now in the second project. I can be shy at first and need time to find my place in a group, but after the first weeks I feel like I can be more myself now. Also I am very realistic. I like creative ideas, but always keep in mind what is possible and what is not. Or what takes more time or effort than it should. I think this can be very useful in this group of creative people that are all full or ideas.
